WHAT ZONES MAKE UP A MODERN VR CLUB

VR Arena virtual reality parks can have up to eight zones. Your club doesn’t need all of them right away, but each zone enhances your club and increases the positive emotions of your customers. In this blog, we will discuss the zones you can include in your future VR Arena location.
Reception Area
In the virtual reality park’s reception area, several key elements are essential: a front desk where guests can pay for time spent in your club or get answers to questions from club staff; a cozy space with sofas for those waiting to start or rest after their VR experience. You can also display merchandise like pins, T-shirts, and stickers here. Additionally, a snack and drink area can be set up. Special lockers can be provided for storing visitors’ valuables.
Cloakroom
A key element for visitor comfort in the virtual reality park is the cloakroom. This area should provide storage for outerwear, such as built-in closets, special lockers for secure storage of valuables, and a place for changing shoes. Ensure there is ample space for guests’ belongings, even during peak weekend times.
VR Arena
This is the newest entertainment format using VR technology. It has gained popularity among active leisure enthusiasts. The ability to move freely in a large area allows for an immersive experience and accommodates many players in a single session.
VR Club
A proven and successful business model, perfect for smaller towns. This option offers the best conditions for finding a space and selecting the best location, reducing renovation costs and operational expenses associated with renting and maintaining a space. Most importantly, this format has an extensive and constantly expanding content library.
The equipment for this location can be selected based on your budget. If you want a common room with basic Oculus Quest 2 headsets, that’s possible. If you want to surprise your guests with the latest equipment, you can open an additional Premium room with modern Quest Pro or other headsets.
Lounge Area
This is the perfect place for celebrating birthdays or organizing unforgettable corporate events. The zone is equipped with everything necessary for guest comfort: a large table, soft chairs and sofas, various board games, the latest game console, and a large TV. Here, guests can enjoy a relaxed atmosphere, have fun with friends over games, or wait for their turn on the VR arena. An additional small lounge area can also be placed in the location with wired headsets.
Staff Room
It is important to consider the comfort of the VR park’s guests and employees. Therefore, it is advisable to equip a separate room where staff can take lunch breaks and store personal items and clothing. This room can also have a small storage area for goods such as drinks, snacks, branded souvenirs, and necessary supplies: batteries, wipes, sanitizer, disposable masks, cables, and more. Props for parties, including tablecloths, dishes, cutlery, and other items, can also be stored here.
